Updated Mask Policy

Dear Andover Little League Community,

Thank you for your continued patience as the Governor's Office continues to provide guidance to youth sports leagues with regard to the mask policy. As you may have seen, it is becoming clear that by May 29th, Governor Baker has indicated that the wearing of masks (both indoor and outdoor) will no longer be mandated outside of several notable exceptions. Until then, please find the updated mask guidelines for the Andover Little League, which are effective immediately.

Players aged 18 and under are not required to wear a mask at any outdoor baseball activities.

Coaches are not required to wear a mask if they are outdoors and can socially distance.

Andover Little League youth umpires are not required to wear a mask while officiating a game.

Spectators are not required to wear a mask at any outdoor ALL games or practices if they can remain socially distant from other family units.

Any family, player, umpire or coach may choose to continue to wear a mask during a game and/or practice, if that is their preference. Please respect all personal decisions on whether to wear or not wear a mask.
